A light and ergonomic panel system that is flexible and efficient in the forming of almost all slab requirements, even for slab thicknesses in excess of 450mm. The new generation of MEVA’s MevaDec slab panel formwork system has now been optimised for handling and ease of cleaning.
High Quality Finish – The panels are coated in a cured powder-coated finish, allowing easy cleaning and reduces concrete adhesion.
Size and Weight – Standard panel 1600 x 800 weighs only 16kg/m2, majority of slab requirements can be covered with only one panel size.
MevaDec-e Design – The system is independent of the grid pattern and the free selection of beam direction reduces filler areas. One primary beam can be installed in another primary beam, allowing the assembly direction to be changed flexibly.
Drophead-Beam-Panel – The method only uses three components: panels, primary beams and props with drop head. The drophead allows for optimised material on site and improves construction progress.
